About

Objective:

As a data scientist and AI enthusiast and also a mechnical engineer with a passion for environmental causes, I am seeking a challenging and impactful opportunity where I can utilize my skills and knowledge to make a positive difference and feel fulfilled in my work. I am a self-motivated learner with a strong desire to constantly improve and expand my knowledge in these fields, and I am eager to apply my skills and expertise to projects that align with my values and goals. I believe that through the power of technology and data, we can drive positive change and work towards a better future for all.

Background:

I hold a Master's degree in Mechanical and Industrial Engineering and have always had a strong interest in technology and data science. After discovering my passion for these fields, I began to teach myself about data science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence through online courses and personal projects. This self-directed learning eventually led me to pursue an internship in data science abroad, where I gained valuable experience and confirmed that this was the career path I wanted to follow. In addition to building multiple personal projects (which can be found in my portfolio), I also participated in a global project focused on using artificial intelligence to reduce flooding in Serbia. My interests and skills also extend to the technology of blockchain, which I am deeply enthusiastic about. I was fortunate to receive a full scholarship to participate in the first European edition of MasterZ, a specialized Master's program focused on blockchain, smart contracts, and NFTs.

My motto is: Audaces Fortuna Juvat, which means fortune favors the bold.

Extracurricular:

In my free time, I am an avid traveler who loves discovering new cultures and taking on challenges. I have completed several road trips in France, Thailand, and Canada, I have walked over 300km with my backpack and tent and I did a 3-day extreme trek through the highest Pyrenean pass with my tent and 20kg backpack. I am also a sailor, having completed a cruise through the Adriatic Sea.
